"I had a terrible experience getting my Brezza serviced at One Stop Automotive. They charged me for an engine oil change and AC filter replacement, but neither was actually done. They cleaned the throttle body without scanning or tuning it, causing the RPM to fluctuate, and the mechanic dismissed it as “normal.” After the service, the engine noise increased, pickup dropped, mileage worsened, and the coolant level was still low. The brakes also became spongy and the car pulled to the left. They even scratched my bumper and then denied it. Overall, very poor workmanship and zero accountability, definitely not recommended."

"I had a highly disappointing experience with 1stop Automotive. I entrusted them with an engine overhaul and was charged for brand-new parts, only to later learn that second-hand parts were used instead. Within just 150 km of driving after the service, the car began consuming engine oil, jerking while driving, leaking coolant, and displaying the engine check light—issues that should never occur after a proper overhaul. When I approached the owner regarding these problems, he refused to take responsibility and instead blamed me, claiming I “don’t know how to drive.” This level of unprofessionalism and poor workmanship is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend One Stop Automotive to anyone."
